Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to the restaurant contact listed in your confirmation e-mail.

May I request whom to sit with and/or where to be seated?
Many of our events are gala style seating where guests convivially dine at tables of 8-10 guests. For any special requests, you may reach out to the restaurant contact listed in your confirmation e-mail.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
You may direct any specific dietary needs to the restaurant contact listed in your confirmation e-mail.

Can you accommodate guests with disabilities?
Yes, we can make accommodations. Please reach out in advance to your restaurant contact listed in your confirmation e-mail.

May I take pictures?
While photography is not prohibited within our restaurants, we kindly ask guests to respect each other’s dining experiences.

Are gift cards applicable towards events?
At this time, Daniel Boulud restaurant gift cards are not applicable towards events.

I never received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
E-mail events@danielnyc.com with your full name, phone number and event name.

Can I purchase tickets for multiple events in one transaction?
Multiple event ticket purchasing is not available at this time. Tickets to events at different locations cannot be made in one transaction at this time. For those interested in attending multiple events at varied locations, we welcome you to make separate purchases for each event you wish to attend.
