There’s more to cider than you think.

Geek out on the intricacies of cider through 3 of  Millstone American Cellars’s most distinct varieties. Discover Sidra Americana, a rustic, tart Basque style cider;  Hopvine, a dry-hopped cider with prominent notes of citrus and pine; and Cherry Kriek, a seasonal cider made with dark sour cherries. Chef Ian Vest will pair each cider with fall plates from DBGB.
